Can I change my delivery address after my order confirmation?Updated a year ago

If you notice an error in your delivery address, ideally immediately after receiving your order confirmation, our customer service  will be happy to correct it for you. 

Otherwise, 24 hours after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail from Chronopost - DPD allowing you to change your address or receive your parcel at a relay point. Please note that this modification is only possible if the change of address is within the same city. 

After this two steps, we cannot make any adjustments or refund for you.
